Schedule Post Covid

Hey Guys, I think most of you have gotten online and seen the new hour but I’ll send them out now again (they’re also on the website). Also, remember all classes are 45 minutes except for open gym which is from 3-4pm.

5:30am CrossFit

6:15am Functional bodybuilding

9:00am (Tue Thur) CrossFit

3:00pm Open Gym

4:00pm Functional bodybuilding

4:45pm CrossFit

5:30pm Barbell Strength

6:15pm CrossFit

The only other notes to be made at this point is that there will only be 9am on TUE and THUR and 10am on Saturday. This is because over the past 5 years 9am has been my slowest least attended class. If this class gets above 6 or 7 people for a consistent amount of time I will open back up to more times.

Otherwise, we will be really trying to get started on time and finished on time as to keep the flow of classes going!

Remember to try to get your training buddies involved and bring new people! More people means more fun and also more than 1 person in a class time constitutes a class if not that time slot will just be open gym for that person.

Reopening May 18th

Upheavalites,

The time is finally here! Restrictions that the state has implemented are being lifted. As of next Monday May 18th we will be re opening to a full but different schedule. I am going to lay out the class changes, the limitations and what we will do to accommodate those restrictions in this email.

Firstly, there will be a 12 body maximum aloud in the back room at one time to ensure that we stay well under our 25% max capacity requirement. We will be keeping an eye out for how many people are in the class so please don’t take it personally if we ask you to step out if it’s not your class and your just hanging out. I don’t foresee this being a huge issue but want to make you aware of it. In addition to this classes will remain first come first serve but will be required to be under 12 maximum.

Secondly, we have added classes but decreased the duration of the classes. All classes will now be 45 minutes long. Classes that will be available to all members include CrossFit, functional bodybuilding and barbell strength. Descriptions will be found on our website. Our CrossFit classes will be very much similar to what they were just a bit more streamline. If you have an unlimited membership you are more than welcome to attend two classes back to back. Our hope is to both give members more options for their fitness goals and also to make plenty of room for all of our members to get a solid workout in. The schedule will be posted on our website.

Other considerations that will be important moving forward will include: cleaning and social distancing. Floor markers will be down that will keep people more than 6 feet apart. We would also appreciate everybody cleaning all equipment after you use it (spray bottles and paper towels will be available).

Otherwise, we are super excited to be re opening and taking another step to getting back to a normal schedule. Thank you for hanging in there with us! We cannot express what it means to us. Let’s take the most important step to fighting a virus like covid19 and stay fit and healthy! See everybody on Monday! Please don’t hesitate to ask questions.
