New summer evening hours will start tomorrow. They will be as follows.

3:30pm open gym

5:00pm CrossFit

6:00pm CrossFit

Hey guys we will be having a slightly different evening class schedule starting next week. I am hoping that this will help people who are just getting off work have any easier time get to class and be relaxed as possible.

The hours in the PM are as follows

3:30 open gym

5:00 CrossFit Class

6:00 CrossFit Class
