Hey Guys, I think most of you have gotten online and seen the new hour but I’ll send them out now again (they’re also on the website). Also, remember all classes are 45 minutes except for open gym which is from 3-4pm.
5:30am CrossFit
6:15am Functional bodybuilding
9:00am (Tue Thur) CrossFit
3:00pm Open Gym
4:00pm Functional bodybuilding
4:45pm CrossFit
5:30pm Barbell Strength
6:15pm CrossFit
The only other notes to be made at this point is that there will only be 9am on TUE and THUR and 10am on Saturday. This is because over the past 5 years 9am has been my slowest least attended class. If this class gets above 6 or 7 people for a consistent amount of time I will open back up to more times.
Otherwise, we will be really trying to get started on time and finished on time as to keep the flow of classes going!
Remember to try to get your training buddies involved and bring new people! More people means more fun and also more than 1 person in a class time constitutes a class if not that time slot will just be open gym for that person.
